Ancestral Narrative Techniques

Myths and fairy tales have always been part of psychology experiments and their use for therapeutic purposes. However, ancestral narrative techniques include mythology and fairy tales as therapy. In the sense that through the identification, creation, "telling" and listening to ancestral stories, a deepening of the therapeutic process takes place.

The client's history, identified with myths and stories and aligned with the creative process, is our guiding threads in the exploration of assuming and appropriating oneself on the path towards authenticity.

Contrary to common sense, these techniques can be used regardless of age group and are excellent for individual and group therapy.
