Adolescence is considered a period of challenges and discoveries, especially when it is in it. It is the stage that marks the transition from childhood to adulthood, being full of physical, psychological and social changes.

 

This means that not only our body changes, matures, but also our ideas. So much change together, it is not surprising that there are uncertainties and doubts in this trajectory.

 

The turbulent times we live in require some social isolation and have been challenging for all human beings, as we are social beings, but they have typically affected adolescents.
